Shipping policy
Order Process:
Our order processing lead-time is between 1-2 working days (*) from receipt of a completed, paid order. Our lead-time may be extended by an additional 1-2 working days over launch periods and at month-end. Please allow for shipping time thereafter.
NB: Orders will only be processed and/or delivered on working days (i.e. not on weekends or public holidays).
Shipping Process:
Approximate shipping lead times (duration may vary depending on the destination):
South Africa:
1. Main City Centres 1 - 3 working days for delivery
2. Outlying Areas 4 - 5 working days for delivery
3. Express Shipping 1-2 working days for delivery (Main City Centres)
4. Locker to Locker 2-6 working days for delivery
International:
1. Europe - 7 working days for delivery
2. USA, Canada, Mexico - 7 working days for delivery
Shipping Costs:
1. National Main City Centres / Outlying Areas – R100
2. Express – R250 (**)
3. Locker to Locker - R79
4. International – Zone + weight dependent (TBC at checkout).
Express Shipping:
1. Available to Main City Centres ONLY (**)
2. Any paid Express delivery orders placed by midday will be processed and shipped that same day. Noting that an additional 1 - 2 working days for shipment will apply thereafter.
3. Maximum weight per parcel = 5kgs.
4. For any incorrectly booked orders, refunds can be arranged via Discount Code ONLY.
(**) Additional fees may apply for Outlying Areas.
Locker to Locker Shipping:
1. Maximum weight per parcel = 5kg.
2. The customer will need to be collect the parcel from the specified locker.
3. Unless specified by the customer, Flynn Jaxon will select a locker close to the shipping address supplied.
4. NB please note that we do not dispatch daily for Pudo, please expect additional processing time.
Click + Collect:
We do offer a free CLICK + COLLECT service for locals, from our HQ in Hillcrest (KZN). Kindly allow ± 1-2 working days (*) for order processing. Once your order is ready to collect, you will receive an email confirming this, along with all other important information ahead of your collection.
Collection times are as follows:
MONDAY to THURSDAY between 08h30 - 15h00.
FRIDAY between 08h30 - 14h00.
Regret: We are CLOSED on WEEKENDS + PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
Additional Info:
- Delivery is free for orders over R1000 ONLY in National Main City Centres / Outlying Areas.
- Orders MUST be paid for within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.
- You will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email once your order has been dispatched.
- Your order may be delivered via courier anytime between 08h00 and 17h00.
- If you are not available at the time of delivery, and you have not agreed to allow a third person to accept delivery on your behalf, then you will be contacted by the courier service to arrange for a second delivery attempt. Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in your parcel being returned to sender, with further shipping costs then being incurred by yourself, prior to re-booking of shipment.

- International shipping does not include any customs/import related charges. These will be for the customer's account.
